Quick steps to watching your favourite ntv7 Catch-up!
1. New member? Register and fill up the online form. Use a valid EMAIL address (Hotmail users may experience problems with registering. For now, do not use Hotmail) Click submit.
2. Check your email - is the Verification email there? Look in your inbox or junk mail folders. It may take a few minutes to arrive. Click the link in the email. You must do so within 48 hours of receiving it. If not, your account will not be activated.
3. Didn't get the email? Leave your username details here or call 03 7726 6333 ext 3412 or 03 7726 8777 (during office hours Mon-Fri) or email feedback@ntv7.com.my
4. Already registered? Just login with your username and password to watch the videos. Tip: Move your mouse occasionally so that you stay logged in always. You should also update your profile to give your latest email address. If you ever lose your password, we need to know where to send to!

Thank you for your comments on the login. For the following user: Laifen Lee your account has been activated. Please change in your profile your Hotmail email, in the future if you lose your password, we cannot send a new one to Hotmail addresses.

many times i try to register but can't get any link in my inbox.
i use many different alternative email to try...also same thing coming out.really angry...

Can you please provide more info? Same thing coming out means? Also please check your Spam or Junk mail - the validation email may go there. Also please provide your username and we will check with our technical team asap.

no verification email sent to my acct..
registered on the 5th and has been checking inbox n spam, yet no email sent
well,i try a new email to re-register again.i successful to completed on registration .thank you and i always support ntv7...my feel good channel;-)
although my account is activate, but still do not receive a verification email yet

You can log in directly with your username and password. You will not get the verification email because you have used a Hotmail address.
When you log in next time, please change your Hotmail to another email like gmail or Yahoo. Thank you.
i try to register for so many times but i couldn't register successfully. driven almost crazy by the registration. the prob is the same: duplicate e-mail add. it turns up no matter what add i used.

I wondered about this, why does ntv7 need for you to register? The other channels don't need you to register..
