You can paint with a brush, your hands and maybe a potato like we used to in primary school for art. But painting with a basketball? Seriously?
As crazy as it seems, Hong Yi from Ohiseered did it and guess what she drew? Yes, it's the legend of basketball Mr. Yao Ming!
Hong Yi a.k.a Red's amazing video of her painting with a basketball actually made it on to the front page of Gizmodo, and she didn't think too much of it until it got posted on the Huffington Post, Yahoo, China news sites, etc. and gained 500,000 over views.

Now, a little tidbit about Hong Yi: she's actually a Malaysian currently working in Shanghai. Also, her mom is another well known blogger who posts amazing recipes at Hunger Hunger.
Hong Yi usually posts stuff from her artwork, to daily outfits, to comics. If you're looking to be inspired artistically, you can go through her blog to read up on her DIY art & street art; her cheeky work puts a smile on my face everytime I read about them.
I really hope Hong Yi continues doing more inspiring art and that she will be able to realize her dream of wanting to have her own art exhibition.
