After ending the last season with a cilffhanger where the life and death of George and Izzie were left with a huge question mark, this season opens to reveal what fans might have feared. But I won't spoil it for you.
With the ups and downs and complicated relationships the doctors of Seattle Grace Hospital face, this season will probably give closures to some open ended wounds. For fans of Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice, there's also a crossover episode in store!
